If you have a general medical question you can either use our online patient portal option to send a question to one of our triage nurses or contact them via the phone (option 4). Please call between 8:30 am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Non urgent questions will be answered within 24 hours.

If you have a medical emergency please call the main number 24 hours a day - press option 8 during regular business hours - our answering service will assist you after 5 pm. To reach our answering service please use our main number 617-731-3400.
